BOOKING INFORMATION

CLUB DISPLAY VEHICLE AND TICKET BOOKING DEADLINE: 11pm Friday 18 April 2025

First, before proceeding you will require the booking code for our club, this is available from the member’s area of our National Website.

Go to the Donington DHF Booking Page.  Scroll down the page and select ‘WITH A CLUB’ from the three options provided (you want to select the middle, lighter grey button). Please note, the reference to pre-2000s in the display package description applies to non-club members who bring classics for display but do not receive the club discount. There is no age restriction for cars on club display stands, they do not need to be pre-2000. Do not click the red ‘AS AN INDIVIDUAL’ button, as that will take you to the pre-2000 display parking booking, and do not click on the dark grey ‘FOR MY CLUB’ button.

Login to your MSV account or register and create an MSV account if you don’t already have one.

You will be asked to add the code for our club, available from our National Website. This will then take you to the booking page for our club attending the event, with the club discount already applied. You will need to either register your display vehicle account to your account, or choose the vehicle listed from 2024.

Select the day or days you wish to attend and follow the booking process. Two separate items will automatically be put into your basket:

  1. A vehicle display pass (this is NOT your driver entry ticket, it is the parking pass for your car). This will be emailed to you one week before the Festival.
  2. Your driver entry ticket – this is your ticket to enter the event, and will be sent to you immediately upon booking, using the delivery method you choose.

Please also remember to add tickets for any passengers as you go through the booking process. When you get to the checkout you should find that the full 50% club discount has been applied, even if the full price for passenger tickets appears at some point during the process.

Please note, there is no telephone booking facility, and the club discount is only available to those bringing a display vehicle (and their vehicle passengers).

Important:

If you change your display car between time of booking and the event, or wish to bring a different car on each day, your original parking pass will work, even though the car description and registration number might change. You do NOT need to request a replacement parking pass.
